Which operators does this 4G security camera support?

The SIM card in the package can support T-mobile, AT&T and Verizon. SIM card is not replaceable.

My camera is offline suddenly, what can I do?

1. Please check whether your data plan has been run out. If not, please charge it, then restart it manually.

2. Please confirm whether your device is out of battery. If not, please charge it.

Can this 4G LTE camera be used with wifi?

It is Not available for WiFi, but only for 3g/4g LTE connections.

How does this Cellular Security Camera save the video?

You could buy a Memory card and then insert it into the camera to save the video locally.

Or you can also store your videos on Cloud storage (require payment).
