Q: Why is the touch function on my monitor not working?

A: The following are possible causes

1. The monitor’s signal cable is not properly connected. After connecting to the monitor’s HDMI port, connect the supplied USB-C cable to the computer’s USB port to send the touch signal. (Connect the Type C side of the cable to the monitor’s Type C port and the USB side to the computer’s host USB port.)

2. Some require pairing with a third-party converter. Make sure the converter is properly connected and functioning correctly.

3. Some devices and operating systems are not compatible with third-party touchscreens. Due to system limitations or compatibility issues, some devices may not be compatible with our monitors/touchscreens. Q: How do I properly connect my monitor?

A: Connect the USB-TypeC cable directly to the computer host (USB side is the host, Type-C side is the monitor), the computer host supplies power to the monitor, and the HDMI cable connects to the HDMI port on the computer host.

Q: Can I connect to my cell phone?

A: No. You cannot connect directly to a cell phone. If you need to connect to a cell phone, use a third-party converter.
